Welcome to Design Mocktail. These terms set out the rules for using our past papers and study resources. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who we are

Design Mocktail is an online platform for design entrance exam preparation, built for aspirants of UCeed, CEED, NID DAT, NATA and similar Indian design entrance exams. For any questions about these terms, contact us at TODO: contact email.

2. Accounts

You need an account to take tests or buy resources. You can sign up with email and password, or with Google. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts used to share content with non-paying users, run automated scrapers, or attempt to break the platform.

3. What you can do with the content

When you buy or download a test or study resource, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own preparation. You can:

• Take the tests as many times as your purchase allows.
• Download paid PDFs to your own devices for personal reference.
• Quote short passages with attribution to Design Mocktail.

You may not:

• Share your login, files or scoring with anyone outside your household.
• Re-sell, re-publish, or use our material for any commercial coaching service.
• Upload our content to question banks, public drives, or paid Telegram channels.

4. Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.

Once a purchase is confirmed, access is delivered immediately to your account. For refund rules, see our Refund Policy.

5. Accuracy of test content

Our questions are modelled on the format, difficulty and timing of official exam papers, but we are not affiliated with IIT Bombay, NID, the Council of Architecture, or any other examination authority. Performance on Design Mocktail is a useful signal, not a guarantee of selection on the actual exam.

If you spot a question with a typo, ambiguous answer key, or other issue, please write to us. We review every report and either correct or drop the question; dropped questions are scored as correct for everyone who attempted them.

6. Availability

We try to keep the platform online at all times, but occasional downtime can happen for maintenance, upstream failures, or other reasons outside our control. We are not liable for losses caused by short outages.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of Design Mocktail is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in TODO: city, India.
